How it works
Diagnosis first, then options.
- Free inspection. An estimator walks the roof and, where safe, the attic. It takes 60 to 90 minutes, usually about 1 week after you ask.
- Diagnosis, then options. You get a plain-English findings sheet: repair, replace or monitor. If you don't need a new roof, we say so.

Install. A typical replacement is about 3 days on site.
The full process is typically 3 to 4 weeks, including 1 to 2 weeks of scheduling and prep.
- Final inspection and cleanup, including a nail sweep.
