I would not recommend this company, the installers did their job but there’s not a lot of communication between management and the installers! part of roof was not done the way i wanted and what we first talked to me and the contractor, part of roof stilled sagged, not what what I wanted!!!!!

The initial consultation went very well, and we were pleased with the professionalism at that stage. However, communication after the consultation was lacking. There were significant gaps in follow-up from the estimator, including prolonged periods without status updates, even when the update could have been as simple as stating that we were still waiting on the insurance company.

I had RoofSmart handle a repair for a leaking roof jack around my range hood vent earlier this year and they were spectacular from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of the work was outstanding.
What really stood out was their professionalism and honesty. They quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair correctly the first time. The crew was courteous, efficient, and left everything clean when they were done.
It’s rare these days to find a company that combines great customer service with true craftsmanship, but RoofSmart absolutely delivered. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs or replacement work.

So happy we went with RoofSmart! My wife and I pivoted from replacement shingles to a metal roof because we didn't ever want to have to worry about replacing our roof again. We exclusively used ChatGPT to help us narrow down metal roof vendors and RoofSmart was always atop the list.
Their customer service and knowledge about the install is what stood out the most. Pricing was fairly competitive and our salesperson (Chris) worked with us to make our budget work for us.
Their communication throughout the process was on point and everyone on their team (including Pedro and Nester) were respectful and extremely hardworking. They completed the job in two days and left the site very clean. Most importantly, their workmanship and detail were very impressive and they delivered everything as scoped.

RoofSmart did a great job for us on our house and ADU building. Prior to contracting with them for a new roof and gutter guards, I discovered exterior arched trusses that were failing due to age/water damage. RoofSmart came up with an approach to replace the two trusses. They templated the exact dimensions of the existing trusses, and worked with us to re-roof what they could and stage the remaining portion to coincide with the truss replacement. The on-site team was GREAT, and literally did a surgical remove/replace of the failing trusses with minimal de-construct/demolition of the roof structure. The result looks great. Very professional team, kept us informed and aware of progress as issues came up. Would hire them again if i ever need another roof.

Roofsmart Did an amazing job on our family cabin. They tore off the old shingle roof, installed new sheeting and new metal roof and gutters. Great price and easy folks to work with. Nestor and Pedro and crew worked extremely hard and efficiently to get it done before the rains started. I been in construction for 40 years and was real impressed by the care they gave to the project. Thank you it looks awesome.
